Director of OperationsKathryn's journey in the industry began in 2015 when she obtained her real estate license. Her love for visiting open houses in her neighborhood inspired her to pursue a career in real estate.
After discovering her passion for being behind the scenes and helping buyers and sellers have a seamless and stress-free experience with all the transactional paperwork, Kathryn decided to make this her focus.
Kathryn began her career at Redfin, where she quickly gained a reputation for her attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding service. In 2019, she moved to Compass, where she continues to excel in helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and her rescue dogs. She loves walking on the beach, exploring new hiking trails, listening to live music, and a good bottle of wine.
